Our products are licensed per developer and can be used by one person (developer) to develop any number of applications using our products. Our products can only be used by the licensed developer and no one else. The licensed developer may install the software on upto two computers for his/her own use. |

Our products can be redistributed in end-user applications as long as you comply with the terms and conditions and also redistribution conditions specified in the license agreement. You can not redistribute our source code. Also, you can not redistribute our product with a product that offer the ability to the end-user to use our product directly, or offer the same functionality as offered by our products to the end-user. Quick Objects Designer application and any of its parts including the code generation templates can not be redistributed. |

Yes. All Trial licensees receive 3 business day support for 30 days. All paid licensees receive 2 business day support and paid subscription licensees receive 1 day support. All support is provided via email or via our website. |

Upgrades to minor or major version changes are included only in the Subscription license. Individual product licenses do not include upgrades. However, if you purchased a license for an individual product and we release a new version within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible to receive the newer version at no charge. |

We offer a 30 day fully functional trial period, and we request you to fully evaluate the software before purchasing. We can not issue any refunds once the purchase has been made. However, if you need more than 30 days to evaluate please contact us and we can provide an extension. In case your credit card was stolen and you did not purchase the product, please contact us as we may be able to issue a refund in such a case. |

You can not transfer, sell or lease your license to someone else. However, after purchasing and before the license is used it can be assign to someone else. This allows you to place the order and then specify the person who will be using the license. |
